There is a story line here that is vague and is filled with foreboding. There are unpleasant connotations that one doesn’t want to explore. The idea is one of vulnerability and what is done to compensate. Nothing is ever clear and we are never sure if the compensation has gone too far. This picture is personal, painful and debilitating.
